HPE Performance Services – to be included in the Service Credits Menu

HPE Performance Services are part of the Operate & Improve Segment of the Lifecycle Services Portfolio. Performance Services comprise two services: HPE Performance Reporting Services & HPE Performance Analysis Services. These services help customers achieve and maintain the optimum performance of their IT investments. Utilizing HPE tools, processes, and expertise to investigate, analyze, and identify root causes, we can suggest actions to help improve customers' IT performance.

With the Performance Reporting Service, the HPE teams will establish a baseline, measure, detect changes & trends which will be used to identify and isolate bottlenecks.

With the Performance Analysis Service, the HPE teams will use the best tools to isolate performance issues, identify root causes of the issues, and provide suggestions that the customer can implement to improve performance. If the customer cannot implement the recommendations themselves, HPE can assist with the implementations as part of a separate engagement.
