Now more than ever, our customers need help keeping up with change and uncertainty.  Check this new announcement that was pushed out on June 8th, 2020.  Is your customer prepared to act against messages such as the this?

HPE announced that an SSD supplier notified critical issues affecting certain solid-state drives (SSDs) that require a firmware update to ensure that the drives they manufactured continue to function properly.  You can read the announcement here:

https://www.hpe.com/us/en/services/sas-ssd-advisory.html

HPE advises that customers who have these SSD’s in their environment, that they should update the firmware immediately to prevent data loss.  In fact the SSD’s purchased at similar times will fail simultaneously.

Westham offers a list of service credits that can be utilized in a variety of different ways.  In this example, you can sell to your customer service credits to have optimization, firmware, and patch management to solve the firmware issue with SSD’s.  These credits last one year and can be purchased in 10 credit increments.

Here is a simple list of services available.

This matrix shows the type of services a customer can utilize HPE service credits

How does this work you might ask? Your customer buys, let say 20 credits.  They have one year to use them whichever way they want.  They can go to the menu listed below and simply schedule an engineer to provide the service remotely or in some cases on premise.  The process is extremely simple and we can provide you with the amount of credits they have left at any given time.

To see a full menu of services available through this program, including the amount of credits required per service, simply click on the button for a popup list.
